Refund Policy

Fliptura offers a one-time Pro Unlock that removes ads and unlocks all premium tools across the app. This policy explains our refund terms for that purchase.

Pro Unlock — General Policy

The Pro Unlock is a one-time purchase for lifetime access to Fliptura's premium features. Because premium features are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all Pro Unlock purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Purchases Through Google Play

If you purchased Pro Unlock through the Google Play Store, your purchase is subject to Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund for a Play Store purchase, contact Google Play directly — we cannot process refunds for Play Store transactions:

Standard Google Play refund window: 48 hours after purchase

Purchases Through Our Website (Stripe)

Pro Unlock purchases made on fliptura.com via Stripe are non-refundable once access is activated. If a technical error during checkout resulted in a charge without your Pro status being activated, contact us within 14 days:

support@tipitylabs.com — include your registered email and purchase date.

Exceptions

A refund may be issued if:

A verified technical failure on our end prevented Pro access from being granted after payment
A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
You were charged but the service was completely unavailable at the time of purchase

Free Tools

All Fliptura tools are available for free (ad-supported). The Pro Unlock is optional and only removes ads and enables convenience features. Dissatisfaction with free tool functionality is not grounds for a refund of the Pro Unlock.
